No sunspots found.

A sizable sunspot observed this morning.  I am not sure if it is the same sunspot I observed during the May 9, 2016 Mercury transit.

May 9, 2016 - During Mercury Transit

A medium-sized spot and several smaller spots observed near the center of the solar disc during the Mercury transit.  Mercury is the small dark and round dot slightly left of upper center on the solar disc.

One sunspot observed visually on the day before the Mercury transit.

The same small sunspot is still visible.

One small sunspot observed.

April 18, 2016

Large sunspot near the edge of the solar disc.
